Job Title:

Debt Management Team Manager

Reporting to:

Managing Director

    

Job Purpose:

To manage a team of debt management administrators, engage with clients and give most appropriate advice and achieve set individual and team targets, motivate team and ensure that tasks are properly carried out and that we achieve our expected waterfalls and targets, keep attrition rates to a minimum, process electronic data transfers and ongoing monitoring of statutory compliance and processes

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate the administration team to achieve and exceed targets, maintain PDMS and operational reports on team performance including waterfalls, efficiency monitoring and attrition, organise staff and achieve smooth running of the administration team, owner of the system documents, develop training packs and procedures, maintain compliance with best practice, custodian of documents for administration procedures, help develop and grow administration function.

Managing Director, other Managers, all staff

Disposition:

Resilient and self motivated, effective communicator, excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and on own initiative, ability to train staff, technically minded for system management

Desirable Attributes:

Knowledge of: .NET / Web-based applications, Personal Debt Management System (PDMS), PGP Encryption Software, .zip Encryption Methods,  MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

 

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours per week, Rotational shift basis: 9am – 7pm (Mon – Thur), 9am – 5.30pm (Fri), 9am – 1pm (Sat with time in lieu)
